Tesco announced the hudl2 on Friday and it’s definitely a sleek looking Android slate that we can’t wait to check out. Still, it does cost a bit more than last year’s model, coming in at £129 versus last year’s £99 price. Thankfully that bump in price also matches some fine advancements in hardware, including a sharper screen, faster Intel processor and more. Wondering how this year’s model stacks up against last weeks?
That’s what we’re here for, so we’ve prepared a comparison showing you how the two models stack up side-by-side. You’ll note that the new hudl2 doesn’t quite offer the battery life as last year’s model, and that extra hardware also contributed to a bit of extra weight, though that should be negligible. Also, the screen is a bit bigger this year around, which means this tablet should be perfect for reading, watching movies and generally allowing you to consume as much media as possible.
Check out how the two tablets compare below – will you be picking one up? What color?
