Advertising for Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS is finally hitting America for the two weeks before its launch on Oct. 3. The game sold out all across Japan during its first two weeks on the market, and it’s the kind of success Nintendo wants to replicate in the states.
So, what’s a better way than to release a batch of absolutely silly commercials? Nintendo is going all the way across the board with the demographics. Both kids and adults both enjoy Super Smash Bros., but it is the adults who come off as a little too enthusiastic. It’s just that generation who was around when Mario was coming into his stride.
My, how far we’ve come in thirty years.

Super Smash Bros. will be released for the Nintendo 3DS on Oct. 3. The Wii U version doesn’t have an official release date yet, but a series of leaks have pointed towards a November 21st.
