Super Smash Bros - 094

No more secrets. Nintendo wants to surprise you with secret characters in Super Smash Bros., but it also knows that within days of the Japanese Nintendo 3DS release, the modern powers of the Internet are going to reveal every single last one to the patiently awaiting American audience.

Instead of letting gamers do its job for it, it seems Nintendo would rather go ahead and blow the surprise on its own. It has scheduled eight hours of live Treehouse streaming on Sept. 12 in which the big dog of the chosen games is clearly the final build of Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo also teased a few other upcoming Nintendo 3DS and Wii U games. Any guesses as to what we may see? I’d like to see a bit more of Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade Chronicles XYoshi’s Wolly World, and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.
