I might not be interested in playing The Sims 4 myself (I mean come on, no pools?), but it seems like some people are interested enough to look for the less legal ways of obtaining it.

Sims, as the discrete little digital people they are, naturally pixelate when they take off their clothes. It’s an evolutionary trait. If you’ve pirated the game, though, you’ll notice the pixelation grows and grows, eventually taking up the whole screen.
Joystiq notes that EA doesn’t intend to create a patch for those who pirated the game, and instead suggests players purchase a copy.
