Asus ZenWatch Android Wear Smartwatch Unveiled

asus-zenwatch-1

Asus took the stage during IFA 2014 in Berlin to unveil several new products, though the main feature of the show was the ZenWatch, a device it has teased for the past several days leading up to Wednesday.

The ZenWatch has a metal frame and runs Android Wear, which means it has many of the same software features offered by competitors, like the ability to receive notifications right on your wrist, find your smartphone, take a photo remotely and more. Like the Gear Live and G Watch R, the ZenWatch is also capable of monitoring a user’s heart rate.

The ZenWatch will retail for $199 when it hits the market.
