Guess the Phone: A Big, Desirable Android Phone

by Brandon Russell | August 30, 2014August 30, 2014 12:00 pm PST

One look at this device and you immediately know which company made it. It’s not a flagship by any means—most consumers might not know it by name. But the construction and quality are familiar, a result of this company’s reputation that has slowly been built over the past few years.

With other more talked about devices from this company more widely available, you probably haven’t even considered buying this device, and that’s ok. But for consumers looking for something cheaper without compromising on performance and experience, this definitely wasn’t a bad option. And it came with a 13-megapixel camera!

This upcoming week (well, month) is going to unveil many more flagship handsets, which means this device will quickly be forgotten. But that’s just how the cookie crumbles each month. A device you maybe had your eye on (or purchased) is suddenly swept under the rug in favor of more powerful competitors. And so on, and so forth.

Last week’s Guess the Phone was the Neo M1.
