Samsung Teases the Galaxy Note 4 With a New Video

The Galaxy Note 4 is pretty much confirmed to launch next month at Samsung’s Unpacked event on September 3, but if you still have any doubts the company just pushed out a new teaser video to tease the upcoming phablet. The short commercial focuses some of the Note 3’s best features before reminding us to stay tuned for Samsung’s next big thing.

The video’s main point is the importance of good handwriting, a skill that’s quickly disappearing as we type more and more of our messages on keyboards and touchscreens. The Galaxy Note lineup offers a solution to this problem with its S Pen, which is hardly the first stylus to hit the market but arguably one of the best when matched with Samsung’s specialized software. It’s also worth noting that recent leaks have pointed to a revamped S Pen for the Galaxy Note 4 that uses ultrasound technology.

Beyond its refreshed stylus, the Galaxy Note 4 is also expected to offer a 5.7-inch 2k display, a Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor, 4GB of RAM and a 16-megapixel camera with a few new tricks including GIF-making and selfie modes. We’re also hoping to see Samsung’s rumored virtual reality headset, dubbed the Gear VR, unveiled at the same Unpacked event.

TechnoBuffalo will be covering the announcement live from Berlin so check back on September 3 for the latest from Samsung. Until then check out these alleged leaked photos of the device below and stay tuned for any more news or rumors as they come in.
