The Behemoth Teases Its Game 4 With a New Trailer

As one of the original members of the indie movement, The Behemoth has quite a presence on the scene as you would guess. It has started aiding other studios in getting funded and has launched other programs to help train the indie game makers of tomorrow.

And yet, at the same time, it still finds the time to make its own projects.

A new trailer for “Game 4” has been released by the company, spelling out the story of its latest opus. A giant bear has crashed into the world, creating chaos and disorder throughout the population. Wars haves erupted, storms of blood sweep the planet, and an evil narrator takes pleasure in all of this as he reminisces at the hieroglyphics left from the forgotten world.

So far, this is the most we’ve seen from the game besides a rather disturbing teaser image the company released when “Game 4” was first announced. We’ve only had hints about what the game is “not” rather than what it “is” with The Behemoth saying , “This game is of a genre we haven’t covered before and seek to breathe a new flavour into.”

An RPG, perhaps?

The placeholder name is of course pointing out that this is the fourth game the company has made following Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers, and BattleBlock Theater. No clue as to an official title yet, but the game is being pitched as an Xbox exclusive. However, both Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater were as well before making their way to the PC.

We’ll see how long that lasts.
