Lenovo finally unveiled the Vibe Z2 Pro today and, as expected, it’s a real beast of a phone. The 6-inch phablet offers high-end specs and a sharp design, though unfortunately it looks like this device won’t come cheap when it hits stores next month.
The Lenovo Vibe Pro 2 comes equipped with a 6-inch 1440 x 2560-pixel display for a whopping 490ppi, a Snapdragon 801 processor, a massive 4000mAh battery, a 16-megapixel rear camera, 32GB of non-expandable storage, 3GB of RAM and dual-SIM slots. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Lenovo’s own Vibe UI 2.0 on top and comes in black, gold and titanium variants.
Lenovo won’t actually start selling its new smartphone until sometime next month, when it will hit the market in Russia for RUB 29,990 (roughly $832). Hopefully the Vibe Pro 2 will be available in other countries as well, and at a subsidized price.
