Apple is reportedly holding its iPhone 6 event on September 9, according to a news report from Re/Code on Tuesday. The report lines up with earlier rumors that suggested Apple was looking to reveal the iPhone during a press event sometime around the second or third week of September.
Right now we’re mostly expecting the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 to make its debut with a refined body and a faster processor. However, there’s also the possibility that Apple will discuss the 5.5-inch iPhone 6, possibly named the iPhone Air. Some reports have suggested manufacturing struggles related to the use of in-cell screen technology have pushed that device back to later in the year, however.
