iPad Air Price Drop At Best Buy Is Too Good To Pass Up

iPad Air, iPad 4 Stacked

Even with knowledge of an upcoming iPad refresh, this Best Buy deal might be too good to pass up. The retailer is currently offering $100 off the iPad Air—that brings the price down to $399. Not bad, even with the device nearing the end of its life cycle. Orders of $35 and up also get free shipping, so you’re looking at a pretty good deal. If you’re in the market for a new tablet, or maybe want to get a gift for your recent high school grad, this is pretty hard to ignore.

The deal applies to the 16GB model in both Space Gray and Silver, so your choices are pretty limited. Still, the main thing is that you’re getting $100 off the original price—$100 you can spend on gas, food, or an iPhone 5c(?).

Before you go adding the device to your cart, know that Apple will probably, definitely announce new iPad refreshes this fall, to add Touch ID and other new technology. The device, according to rumors, might also be much thinner than the existing iteration, so you might want to hold off for another few months. Or not, because $399 for a new iPad Air is probably as low as the price will get.
