Xbox One’s July System Update Bringing Achievement Snap and More

If tracking down and earning Achievements is one of your major thrills while playing Xbox games, you might want to sit up and take notice of the system update coming to the Xbox One in July.

Achievements can now be snapped, so you can keep track of all those sweet, sweet “kerplunks” on the right side of your screen while you do other Xbox-ish things.

You can even select tough achievements while in snap and search the Internet for help on how to unlock them. Pretty sweet.

While Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb says that the update will come out later in the summer, the post on his site reads that “we’ll begin rolling out the next system update for Xbox One around the world in the coming days.”

There you have it. Another month, another interesting update for the Xbox One.
