Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Hits PC Today

Finally. I think that’s the best way to put all this. EA and PopCap finally released Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on the PC platform.

I don’t mean to reek of entitlement here, but it took them long enough. This third-person, class-based, hilarious shooter has been a blast on the Xbox One, but, speaking frankly, it felt like it would be better on the PC.

Now it’s here, complete with the launch trailer you see above and some developer commentary over gameplay below.

We reviewed Garden Warfare when it first dropped on consoles back in February. It’s a fun little shooter that arrives with a better set of gameplay than I would have guessed.

Now it’s out on PC, and you can nab it for $29.99. Going Digital Deluxe on Origin adds a ton of extra coins and some exclusive hats. That version costs $34.99.

The choice is yours.
