That Samsung Galaxy F we’ve been hearing so much about is still coming out later this year—in two separate shade of gold no less—and no, it’s not that Galaxy S5 LTE-A the company introduced this week. That’s the new report according to Evleaks—there’s even a fresh new picture of this Galaxy F, which still retains that familiar Galaxy S5 design (oval home button, rounded edges, etc.).
Even though the Galaxy F isn’t expected to be the S5 LTE-A, it could very well sport many of the same specs. That is, a 5.1-inch WQHD display (577 ppi), 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, Android 4.4 KitKat, 16-megapixel camera, 2800mAh battery and 3GB of RAM. The only difference would be a more premium design, ditching the pockmarked rear shell for something more premium.
In addition to the “perfect golden” and the silver we saw before, it looks like we’re also looking at a “glowing gold,” among other colors. No real timeframe has been attached to the Galaxy F just yet, but one would assume that it’ll land sometime early fall to go up against Apple’s iPhone 6. Sorry Galaxy S5 owners, but it looks like your device is quickly going out of style.
