Turn 10 Studios officially revealed Forza Horizon 2 for the Xbox One during the Microsoft E3 press conference.
Turn 10 is hoping to capitalize on the popularity of Forza Motorsport 5, which launched alongside the console as its marquis launch racing game. This new entry in the racing series promises many of the online functions of its obvious competitor, the PlayStation 4’s oft delayed racing game, Driveclub. The studio promised communities, open-world racing, and rivalries with other racers.
Alongside the reveal, Turn 10 also announced that the iconic Nürburgring racing track, which has been built from the ground up with millimeter accuracy, will be available for free in Forza Motorsport 5 from today.
Forza Horizon 2 will hit 1080p, and it will launch for the Xbox One on September 30th.
