Apple is introducing an updated version of its Photos app for iOS 8 with iCloud support and a suite of new photo-editing tools. You’ll be able to edit the colors, lighting and even rotate your photos right from your iPhone or iPad. The application will offer to automatically edit your photos for you, though you can tinker with individual settings on your own if you prefer.

Photos will be integrated with iCloud so you can access your pictures from anywhere. Everyone will get 5GB of cloud storage for free, and Apple is offering 20GB of iCloud photo storage for $0.99, 200GB of $3.99 with tiers going all the way up to a terabyte of iCloud storage. Apple also offered a sneak peak at the new Photos app for OS X, which it says is still in development.
