Back at PAX East this year, I was able to sit in on one of the demo sessions for the upcoming Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. That session was an eyes-on, hands-off live demo that featured a small slice of the game’s campaign.
I wrote a preview about it during the event, but why stick with mere words? 2K has gone and put the same demo that I saw live at PAX East with the rest of the press and show-goers online for all to enjoy. That’s the gameplay footage you see above.
Now, in my mind, the only thing that bums me out about Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is its platform availability. Personally, I’ll be getting it on the PC. That’s fine and dandy. Console gamers, though? This game is only going to sell for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
I really wish 2K would find a way to make the generational jump and get it on the new machines, don’t you?
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is set to fly up to the moon this fall. We’ll have more as it comes.
