The Galaxy Tab S is shown up again in a new photo, but this time with its screen turned on.
We’ve been hearing about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S line for some time now, and while you may think it’s just yet another Samsung tablet, these new models will reportedly be sporting AMOLED displays.
While one of the Galaxy Tab S models has shown up before in a picture, we had yet to see it with its screen powered on. A new photo posted to the SamMobile forums, however, appears to rectify that. The tablet shown in the picture above appears to show the Galaxy Tab S 10.5-inch model with the wallpaper showing in its full glory. While its difficult to tell from this picture if it is as vibrant as Samsung’s smartphone screens, it certainly appears to be.
According to all of the rumors leading up to the June 12 announcement event, the Galaxy Tab S series will feature 2560×1600 displays, 8MP rear camera with a 2.1MP camera upfront, IR blasters, Android 4.4 out of the box and a few different processors to keep them all running.
We’re only two weeks away from the announcement, so keep your eyes peeled for these new Samsung tablets and additional leaks leading up to the event.
