Snapping Skype was literally – in the actual definition of literal – one of the first things I tried to do with my Xbox One once I got it home and connected. I, along with many other players, was massively disappointed to find that this wasn’t possible.

Following Xbox One’s May update, however, our Senior Gaming Editor Joey Davidson and I can now do our meetings on camera while playing Peggle 2. That’s the dream, guys.

The update required to allow this clocks in at just over 50MB and will push next time you launch Skype on your Xbox One. As IGN notes, Skype is still behind the Xbox Live Gold paywall, but not for much longer, as Microsoft is set to remove apps from behind paywall this June.
