Microsoft took the wraps off of the Surface Pro 3 this morning in New York City, and it’s time to take a look and see just how much things have changed since last year’s Surface Pro 2.
At first glance you can see a lot of things stayed the same such as storage capacity, but when you get down to the dimensions and weight, some sort of weird alchemy happens. How Microsoft ended up making the Surface Pro 3 larger while reducing its weight is some form of alchemy to be sure. The pixels per inch went up slightly, but at a 12-inch screen it may be more noticeable.
While specs are always fun to look at, the proof is always in the day to day use of a device, and from what we’ve seen so far, that is where the true changes in the Surface Pro 3 reside.
Take a look through the specs and let us know what you think of the changes Microsoft made in the comments below!
