Huge Apple fan? Why not spruce up the office with a throwback Apple sign? Auction house Bonhams is set to auction off two old school Apple logo signs, complete with the rainbow paint, on June 4 at 1:00 p.m. EST. One sign measures 46 inches x 49 inches x 1.5 inches and another that measures 33.5 inches x 36 inches x 6 inches; both originally hung at Apple’s headquarters until 1997, when they were gifted to an Apple employee.

Here’s a brief description of what you’ll get:

The larger sign made of stiff foam with 6 vinyl applied colors; the smaller sign made of fiberglass backed with metal, vinyl applied colors; edgewear to both signs, some colors with slight pealing at transitions, larger sign with one color showing significant craquelure, both with stray marks and outdoor wear.

Wondering how much you’ll need to pony up? The Bonhams site says the signs will start somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000. Depending on who shows up to bid, you’re probably looking at coughing up the price of a new car, or more.¬†Anyone up for a prank? I think one of these would look awfully nice next to the Android dessert figurines on Google’s campus.
