iPhone 5s Price Drops to $99 at RadioShack

RadioShack is kicking off a new promotion on the iPhone 5s today, slashing the price by $100 down to just $99 when you buy the 16GB model on a two-year contract. You can also save extra when you trade-in a working Apple smartphone, with RadioShack promising to knock an extra $100 off the price in exchange for an iPhone 4S. The deal covers new and upgrading Verizon, AT&T and Sprint customers.

This iPhone 5s price drop starts today, April 18, but there’s no word on how long it will last. With excitement already starting to build around the rumored iPhone 6, RadioShack may be forced to sell its remaining stock at a discount. Then again, the price may jump back up later this summer, so if you’re planning on picking up the iPhone 5s in the near future now may be your best chance.

Apple’s newest smartphone offers a sleek design with a few subtle changes over the iPhone 5, along with a powerful A7 processor and the company’s first fingerprint sensor built right into the home button. We’re expecting big things from the iPhone 6 though, including a much larger display, thinner bezels and improved specs, so it may be worth holding on a little bit longer if you don’t mind paying full price for your next smartphone.
