HTC managed to pull off an industry first with the One (M8) offering the device on Verizon, AT&T and Sprint to purchase just a few hours after the device was announced. Unfortunately, T-Mobile users hoping to grab the new phone were out of luck until today, when the HTC One (M8) finally arrived on its network.
The HTC One (M8) is available for $636 upfront or 24 monthly payments of $26.50 from T-Mobile. It comes equipped with a 5-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, the new Duo Camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter for snapping high-quality selfies. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC’s own Sense 6 UI on top.
The HTC One (M8) is a great phone and now it’s finally available on T-Mobile, though at this point it will be going head to head with Samsung’s Galaxy S5. It’s a good day to be an Android fan, but deciding which phone to buy may be a tough call for many. Our HTC One (M8) review is already up, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer to see how we think it stacks up to the S5.
