Soon Google Now won’t just remind you to pay your bills, but it’ll also remember where you parked your car. That isn’t a feature you’d categorize as groundbreaking, but when you’re walking aimlessly in a mall parking lot, the feature could really come in handy. Hints of the feature were discovered by Android Police in an APK teardown, and describes a function that will letGoogle Now detect and remember when you get out of a car.

Users will be served a card when the function is turned on, giving folks a close approximation of the last location of their car. Ever been to a theme park? You probably forgot where you parked. With Google Now, you’ll no longer run into these bone-headed situations. There are already apps to help users keep track of where their car was parked, but having it integrated into Google Now will be much more convenient.

Android Police says they’re pretty confident the feature, or something similar, will be implemented in a future update. The mockup created by the site is pretty convincing, and probably isn’t far off from what the final product will look like. Google Now is already powerful as is, but it’s feature like this that make it such a value smartphone companion.
