Samsung’s gone on the record to deny the company will ever release a premium version of the Galaxy S5, but a new benchmark suggests the company may be hiding the truth. A mysterious device with the model number SM-G906S made an appearance on GFXBench today, detailing what appears to be a beefed up version of the Galaxy S5.

The supposedly updated Galaxy S5 will apparently come equipped with a 5.2-inch quad HD 2560 x 1440-pixel display, Qualcomm’s new 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, and runs Android 4.4.2. The benchmark also suggests the device will offer a 15-megapixel rear camera, though we have to assume the actual phone will pack a 16-megapixel lens or better — since that’s what the regular S5 offers. These specs line-up with rumors that have been floating around for a while now, so it doesn’t seem like a coincidence.

It’s no surprise to see Samsung working on variants of the Galaxy S5. Rumors of a Galaxy S5 Zoom are already leaking out along with a “mini” version of the flagship handset. It’s possible this new device could be introduced at the same time, though it’s unclear how Samsung will differentiate the new phone from the original beyond its sharper display and faster processor. Maybe an aluminum body?
