HTC One M8 vs Nexus 5

HTC on Tuesday officially unveiled the HTC One (M8), its new top-of-the-line smartphone that’s sure to compete with the rest of the flagships on the market. It’s certainly a beautiful device – one that looks even more gorgeous than its predecessor. It also offers a range of nicely upgraded specs, including a Snapdragon 801 processor, a slightly larger 5-inch display and more. Of course, all of this raises questions: how does it compete against the other smartphones on the market?

We’re glad you asked. We’ll be addressing a lot of those in our full review in the coming days, but for now we’ll break it down phone by phone, and spec by spec. Here, you’ll see how the new HTC One (M8) stacks up against the Nexus 5, the pure Android experience. Obviously the software and hardware differ drastically, but so do the prices. Hopefully this helps give you an idea of some of the key areas where the two phones differ.
