Don’t say they didn’t warn you. Coffee Stain Games has made no effort to hide the fact that you shouldn’t buy Goat Simulator for anything more than a gag. An expensive $9.99 gag to boot. In fact, the company is further freeing itself from responsibility by releasing the game on April Fool’s Day.
If all else fails and you still buy this “game,” Coffee Stain Studios can slam you as a fool just because of the release date. The studio updated its Twitter page to reflect the news.
That's right, Goat Simulator's release date has been set: April 1st! http://t.co/WWVStwlMiM

Goat Simulator rose to infamy after a rag-doll tech demo Coffee Stain Games was released on YouTube, showing off a rabid goat undertaking all kinds of horrible acts like diving in front of trucks and murdering people with a knife held by its tongue. Whether ironically or straight up legitimately, the denizens of the Internet demanded to play it in full game form, and Coffee Stain Games acquiesced at a steep price.
You can pre-order the game on its official page, but be sure to read Coffee Stain’s FAQ before purchasing. No multiplayer. No further updates. No further platforms beyond PC. It’s very clear that they don’t support this one bit.
