Move aside Lumia 1020, there’s a new massive smartphone camera in town. Oppo’s Find 7 won’t get an official unveiling until later this month, but a new teaser from the Chinese phone-maker suggests the upcoming flagship handset could feature an impressive 50-megapixel camera.

The latest Oppo rumor comes from Chinese social network Weibo, where the company has dropped a number of teasers hyping the Find 7 over the past few weeks. Today’s tease features a high quality photo taken using the upcoming smartphone, which GizChina notes comes in at 8160 x 6120 pixels meaning the device could pack a massive 50-megapixel camera. That means it may be more impressive than Sony’s 20.9-megapixel Xperia Z1 shooter and even Nokia’s 41-megapixel PureView featured on the Lumia 1020.

Based on previous leaks, the Oppo Find 7 is also expected to pack an edge-to-edge 5.5-inch display with two variants offering either 2K or 1080p resolutions. We’re also expecting microSD support, a removable back cover, a quad-core processor and Android 4.4 with Oppo’s own software on top. We won’t know anything for certain until the company makes its official announcement on March 19, however, so stay tuned.
