HTC will announce the successor to the HTC One during a March 25 press conference in New York City. We already have a good idea of what to expect, thanks to to plenty of leaked images, and today we’re being treated to the first video of the device in action. You’ll notice in the video that it has the dual-camera setup on the back, on a par with the leaked press images, as well as the more rounded corners, the BoomSound speakers and a wide-angle front-facing camera.
We also get a quick look at the new version of BlinkFeed, presumably running on Sense 6 and Android 4.4 KitKat. During the 1:03 walkthrough, we also see the 3.5mm headphone jack is on the bottom of the phone – instead of on the top where it was on the HTC One – next to the microUSB charging port. Harris Craycraft from iTechWorld11, who published the video on YouTube, also said the protruding buttons are easier to press.
We’ll have all of the final details on March 25, until then check out the video above for the closest look at HTC’s new flagship that we’ve seen so far.
