It appears the HTC M8 may finally have a name, and it’s sure to do nothing but cause confusion in the marketplace if it is what we finally see when it’s announced.

According to a note from truster mobile leaker @evleaks, HTC will be calling the successor to the HTC One “The All New One.” No letters, no numbers or any other one to differentiate it when you’re asking for it in a store.

Additionally @evleaks says that it will arrive in gray, silver and gold, but a leaked image from earlier today showed what we believed to be a black model. We now think it may just be a very dark gray as opposed to all black, but we still wonder if there may be a black version somewhere down the road.

It looks like we will finally hear everything about the M8 – or The All New One if you prefer for now – at an event on March 25 in New York City and London. Until then everything is just merely rumor, but considering @evleaks track record, this seems like a pretty safe bet.
