We’re not even a month away from Titanfall‘s March 11, 2014 release date, and we’re talking about the game’s potential DLC.
Look, we all know it’s getting extra content for extra money after launch. Even smaller games have DLC these days. But, EA felt the need to bring up their brief and nonspecific plans for the game’s post-launch content in their investor call.
EA’s Andrew Wilson offered that the company is “planning extra content already for the product” during yesterday’s call.
Wilson also indicated that Respawn and EA will be actively paying attention to the players themselves in order to deliver appropriate content. Wilson said that “in the nature of the live service, I think that will evolve over time as we see how the player base evolves through the year.”
Could we actually see DLC that’s geared towards player wants rather than silly gun skins? Here’s hoping.
