Unsung Story Adds PS Vita, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS Stretch Goals

Unsung Story

Unsung Story is the spiritual successor to Final Fantasy Tactics, Tactics Ogre and more. This brand new title is currently in Kickstarter Campaign mode as Playdek is looking for $600,000 to make this game an even better reality.

Unsung Story is hitting mobile gaming devices no matter what. But, the campaign will get it to the PC, Mac, Windows Tablets and Linux platforms.

Now, Playdek has announced new stretch goals to bring it to even more platforms.

Here’s the breakdown for each of the system-specific goals and funding points.

$1M – Hitoshi Sakimoto added to the project & PS Vita

After reading all of your comments, we have not only brought Hitoshi Sakimoto and the PS Vita a lot closer to the base goal, but we have also combined them into one tier!

$1.25M – PS4

A lot of you have been requesting that we add a console as one of our platforms for Unsung Story so because of this once we reach this level of backing you will now see a PS4 version of the game available for you to own!

$1.5M – Nintendo 3DS

Many of you have been asking that we move the Nintendo 3DS closer since you want to be able to play Unsung Story on this device so in response we have moved it closer for you! Help spread the word of this Kickstarter campaign and let’s reach this Stretch Goal and bring this game to the Nintendo 3DS!

Honestly, I love the tactics genre to pieces. I think it’s better when done for handheld devices like the Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita, so I really hope Unsung Story makes it to $1.5 million.

At the moment of drafting this article, the Kickstarter campaign has eclipsed $400k raised with 22 days to go. Do you think they can make it through their stretch goals?
