The white Oppo N1 launched in the United States in December, and shortly after a new limited edition Cyanogen version also hit the market. In some parts of the world, there’s even a limited edition Pepi model. Now, Oppo may try to woo fresh customers with a new, and admittedly very sharp looking, midnight black N1 smartphone.
First spotted by GizChina, the new midnight black model is reportedly close to launch, and the official-looking pictures help back those claims. As you can see, most of the device is matte black in color, though there appear to still be a small white accent running along the borders. We also presume that this will be the only change, and that the processor and all other specs will remain the exact same as the original Oppo N1. We definitely find this device more attractive, perhaps more so than the original N1.
GizChina did not provide any details on an official release date, though we suspect the midnight black model will cost the same as the white one whenever it does hit the market.
