Motorola’s excellent Moto G is starting to receive Android 4.4.2 over in Europe, according to multiple reports, bringing users up to date with the most current version of Android. Users here in the states had already enjoyed the benefits of Android 4.4.2 KitKat running on the Moto G, but Motorola has been working tirelessly to bring all devices up to speed. The company told us earlier at CES this week how it works to provide such timely updates, which is a huge advantage to owning a Motorola device. Not to mention they’re some of the best on the market, and they’re some of the most affordable, too.

Android 4.4.2 builds on the KitKat update that hit late last year, which introduced several enhancements to the Android experience, including restyled status and navigation bars, phone dialer, camera and gallery improvements and SMS/MMS support in Hangouts, among more. If you haven’t received the update already, you can go into your settings and manually check for it, or simply patiently wait for a notification to pop up.
