This Concept Art for the Cancelled BioShock Movie Looks Great

Movies go through a laundry list of changes during production. The Ninja Turtles were going to be aliens in an early draft of the script for the most recent movie. The Transformers ended up covered in extraneous moving parts. The entire Super Mario movie exists. It’s hard to tell if a movie’s going to be good based off concept art, but the BioShock movie at least had the beginnings of potential.

The gallery above is concept art for the now-cancelled movie that was to be directed by Pirates of the Caribbean‘s Gore Verbinski and comes from artist Kasra Farahani.

If there was any chance the movie could’ve looked like this, then I can’t help but feel like we missed out on something special.
