iPhone 5s Gold, Silver, Touch ID

In celebration of the new year, Best Buy is holding a pretty tempting deal on Apple’s latest smartphones. If your New Year’s resolution was to be more frugal with your money, a discount on your next mobile device is a good way to start. The retailer will be offering $75 off the usual cost of Apple’s 16GB iPhone 5s, bringing the price down to $125; the deal, according to 9to5Mac, applies to all Big Four U.S. carriers, giving consumers plenty of choice. The iPhone 5c, meanwhile, will be available for free (16GB). Both offers are good in-store and online until Jan. 4.

The price cuts actually apply to all storage models in Apple’s lineup, meaning you can get the iPhone 5s (32GB iteration) for just $225, or even the 64GB version for $325. If you want a higher storage model of the iPhone 5c, the 32GB costs $79.99. Additionally, Best Buy will take $100 off Apple’s 13-inch MacBook Pro (non-Retina model) online and in-store beginning tomorrow, giving students an option heading into the new semester.
