Phoenix Wright - Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies

In a huge interview with Japanese gaming site 4gamer, creative minds behind the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series have confirmed that more entries in the series are on the way.

The first confirmation came from Takeshi Yamazaki, director of the most recentĀ Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, who confirmed that he and his teams are deep in development with a new title. The last game’s plot finished on a positive note, but plenty more questions remained unaswered in “the dark age of the law.” Could we be getting another trilogy?

Ghost Trick creator and writer of the first three Phoenix Wright games Shu Takumi also confirmed he has a new game in the works. His most recent game pit the famous lawyer against his biggest foe to date in the crossover gameĀ Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. It is unknown if his new game will be an original IP or something new.

Other revelations from the interview reveal more HD arcade ports from the olden days and further advances in the fighting game genre.

Anybody else looking forward to more Phoenix Wright? Any objections?
