Nintendo eShop Cards 20% Off at Best Buy, Ends Today

Nintendo eShop

If you’re a new owner (or old, really) of a Nintendo 3DS or Wii U, you might want to take some of the Christmas money you might have received and put it towards an eShop card.

Right now, Best Buy is hosting a 20 percent off sale on all of their Nintendo eShop prepaid cards. You can score $20 of buying credit for $16, or you can get $50 worth of credit for $40. If you buy any of your Nintendo games digitally, this sale is almost a no-brainer.

The deal ends tonight, so you might want to stock up before it goes away.

Of course, the Nintendo eShop will have to be working in order for you to make use of these cards. Right now, the eShop is scheduled to be down from 4pm until 4 a.m. ET as Nintendo tries to right the wrongs that caused a holiday outage for the service.

These cards don’t expire, of course. Buy them now and use them later, if you like.

Any takers?
