The word “Free” has run rampant across Google Play (for U.S. customers), with entire albums, books, apps, movies and TV shows all being offered for zero dollars. The deals are part of Google’s “Treat Yourself” campaign, and caters to those who just received a fancy new Android device over the holiday period. Now’s as good a time as any to start filling your new device up with goodies. And if none of the free content interests you, there are a ton of deals going on right now across Google Play. Nothing says Happy New Year like a free album.

On the music side, Google is giving away Kanye West’s album Yeezus, along with CHVRCHES’s debut The Bones Of What You Believe. Additionally, Google has set up a “Best Of 2013” section, where you can download free singles and the like. Some of the holiday game sales include FIFA 14 and BADLAND, while other content is severely discounted. After you’re done fawning over that new Nexus 7 or Nexus 5, pop on over to Google Play and start downloading some free content. A lot of these deals are for a limited time, so act now.
