Dyscourse, an Indie Game About Survival and Conversation, Funded on Kickstarter

by Joey Davidson | December 5, 2013

Dyscourse looks interesting.

This little Kickstarter project from the folks at Owlchemy crossed its $40,000 funding goal today. At the time of drafting this post, the game has earned $41,500 and has a full day left at bat.

Players take on the role of Rita, a recently graduated art student who survives a plane crash with a group of passengers. You’ll chat and make decisions as you lead a life in the abandoned wilderness and try to survive.

The pitch video at the head of this post describes the play in Dyscourse best, so I suggest you watch that if you’re interested in this little game.

You can still buy into the Kickstarter for the project, and you’ll even be able to nab early access play. Dyscourse will be on Steam, and you can get it both there and DRM free if you kick in $15.

Check out the Kickstarter page for more. You have roughly a day to decide.
