Phoenix Wright DLC Now Available, Defend an Orca From Murder Charges

The legal world in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies has some truly questionable rules and loopholes, but I’m quite certain the legal rights have only extended to humans. Up until this point, that is.

The latest DLC, called Turnabout Reclaimed, takes you back in time to the famed defense lawyer’s first case in which he defends a pirate’s pet killer whale against murder charges. The cute pirate has lost her co-star in the show, and all fingers are pointed at the beast for being the culprit.

How does one defend a killer whale in court? Well, if anyone can find a way, then it has to be Phoenix Wright. Plus, there is a rapping pirate too named Rimes, and he’s awesome.

I’m currently playing through Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies right now, so I’ll be sure to let you know what I think, DLC and all. It’s been awhile since I’ve bothered with downloading any expansion packs for games, but Phoenix Wright is something I’ll gladly make an exception for.

Turnabout Reclaimed is only $5.99 through the Nintendo 3DS eShop, and I’ll gladly pay that much for the theme song alone. Wasn’t there another big game recently which stars pirates? Who cares, it’s Phoenix Wright, and he’s back!
