Logitech’s PowerShell Controller for iPhone is Finally Here

Logitech on Wednesday officially unveiled its rumored PowerShell Controller + Battery gaming controller for the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5 and 5th generation iPod touch running iOS 7. The device sports analog controls, a 1,500mAh battery for charging your phone or iPod touch and keeping it running during long gaming sessions, and supports iOS 7 controller-compatible games.

Logitech provided a full list of compatible games, and some include Anomaly 2, Asphalt 8 Airborne, Bastion, C.H.A.O.S HD, Cro-Mag Rally, GraalOnline, Trials Xtreme 3 and Trouserheart, among others.

Logitech promises that you’ll still have access to your power on/off buttons, volume controls, the camera, your speakers, the headphone jack and your Lightning port while your iPhone or iPod touch is attached to the charger, which basically means you can leave it on at all times if you want to.

The $99.99 Logitech PowerShell Controller + Battery makes its debut today online at Best Buy and from Apple’s online store. It will launch in additional retailers around the world next month, Logitech said.
