Motorola is set to unveil the Moto G tomorrow in São Paulo, Brazil, but one European retailer couldn’t wait to share the news. German Phone House accidentally updated its website to reveal new photos of the device along with its full specs before quickly pulling them—though not before The Unwired could could get a good look.
Based on the latest leak, the Moto G will come equipped with a 4.5-inch 1280 x 720p display, 8GB of storage, 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter and will run Android 4.3 out of the box. Surprisingly, it looks like the Moto G may sport a 1.2GHz quad-core processor compared to the dual-core X8 found in the Moto X.
The German website didn’t reveal when the Moto G will launch or how much it will cost, but thankfully Amazon UK has already leaked that information. According to the site’s quickly-removed product page, the low-cost handset will go on sale on Nov. 14—just a day after Motorola’s event—starting at £159.99 (about $270).
We still don’t know anything about the Moto G for sure, but it won’t be long now until Motorola makes its official announcement. TechnoBuffalo will be covering the news live starting at 9 a.m. EST. Stay tuned.
