When the Moto X launched, Moto Maker, the website that allows you to customize your phone with colored backs and accents and more, was an AT&T exclusive. As of Monday, however, Moto Maker is now available for T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon also. The device is still available for $99.99 with a new two-year contract on any of the aforementioned carriers.
As a refresher, you can choose from 18 different colored backs, two front faces, six different accent colors, and add your own custom signature. You can also log-in to your Google account early so that the phone arrives already logged-in to Google and ready to go out-of-the box. Unfortunately, the custom wood backs, which may cost $50 extra, are not yet available.
The Moto X still stands as one of our favorite Android smartphones. Despite lacking the latest and greatest specs, it offers super compelling software features that make it one of the smartest “smart” phones on the market. Motorola still estimates a delivery within four days for any of the carriers.
