Looks like Nokia’s not quite done releasing new smartphones. The company unveiled six new devices at a press event last month, and now we’re hearing that one more handset called the Lumia 929 may still be in the company’s pipeline. Windows Phone Central received leaked photos of the device from an anonymous source, who also claims the new phone could launch anytime between Thanksgiving and early 2014.
According to WPCentral’s source, the Lumia 929 will be a larger version of the Lumia 928 with improved specs but a similar design. The device will allegedly come equipped with a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, a Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage with no microSD support, a 20-megapixel PureView camera, NFC and Qi wireless charging.
The Lumia 929 could provide a cheaper and slightly more manageable alternative to the massive 6-inch Lumia 1520, especially if it launches in time for the holiday season.
