AT&T Offers Free Galaxy Tab 3 with Samsung Phone Purchase

AT&T just announced two new deals for the holiday season. The carrier is giving away a free 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 when you pick up a new Samsung phone and is also offering a new $100 trade-in program. Both offers kick off today and last until Jan. 9 or whenever the carrier runs out of promotional devices.

If you’re looking to pick up a free Galaxy Tab 3 you can walk into any AT&T retail store today and buy the Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Active, Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy Note II with a two-year agreement or one of the company’s Next plans. You’ll also have to activate a Mobile Share plan for your new tablet, giving you access to cellular data on the device for an extra $10 per month. That’s the catch: it’s free now, but after data you’re paying $240 over the span of two years.

The network also announced a new trade-in promotion, offering a $100 promo card whenever you bring in an older eligible smartphone and leave with a new handset on AT&T’s Next plans. The promo card comes in the form of store credit that can go toward a new connected tablet, an accessory or your wireless service bill. AT&T is also still offering $100 off any new tablet when you get it with a two-year contract with data.
