U.S. Cellular just announced that it will begin to offer Apple’s brand new iPad Air starting on Nov. 8. Apple just announced the device, which packs a faster A7 processor and M7 co-processor in addition to a slimmer design than any other iPad before it, but it will make its debut on Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile a few days earlier on Nov. 1.
U.S. Cellular didn’t announce any specific pricing or plan details, so we assume that means it will start at the same $629 price as the other Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad Air models.
If you’re not set with U.S. Cellular, you may also want to consider T-Mobile, which is offering 200MB of free data each month. That’s not a ton of data, but it’s also a pretty solid deal if you’re looking to just check email every so often. Finally, if you want to skip going with a carrier altogether, check out Walmart, which will sell the device for $479 at launch, a $20 discount off of what Apple charges.
