Nokia Lumia 2520 Tablet Coming to Verizon and AT&T Later This Year

Nokia’s very first Windows RT tablet, which starts at $499 and has an optional keyboard that costs $149, will be available through AT&T and Verizon when it officially launches later this year.

Currently, Nokia’s Lumia 2520 is stamped with a Q4 launch timeframe; it’s never fun when companies throw out such vague release windows. Still, we know what carriers the LTE device is hitting, so you have plenty of time to plan accordingly if you’re smitten with Nokia’s big new tablet.

The Lumia 2520 sports a 10.1-inch Full HD display, an 8,000mAh battery, a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip, a 6.7-megapixl camera and, unsurprisingly, comes with Microsoft Office. The tablet, as far as we can tell, doesn’t offer much benefit over Microsoft’s own Surface 2 tablet, which also runs Windows RT, but if you’re particularly loyal to Nokia, then by all means check the Lumia 2520 out.
