AT&T Lights Up LTE in 13 More Markets

AT&T announced today that it has fired up its LTE towers in 13 markets, bringing the carrier’s total to 437.

It has become a race between the various carriers to see which of them can cover the vast majority of the U.S. in LTE, and to that end AT&T not only fired up more new locations today, but it also expanded coverage in others. According to the company’s calculations it will be covering nearly 270 million people by the end of the year.
