Do you fancy yourself a fan of indie games and unique experiences? Are you also money conscious enough to hold spending until deep discounts are applied?

The “Not On Steam Sale” might be right up your alley, then. 60 games, as of writing this post, have all been collected and discounted for your perusal. The single theme that unites them all? You can’t buy them on Steam yet.

There are some oddball efforts, but surely there are some incredible gems in the pile as well.

In case you are an avid Steam user and you would prefer to play your games on that platform, there’s some good news to be had. A lot of these games are either currently in or through the Steam Greenlight program. That means that, with any luck, you’ll be able to play them on Steam down the line (or that they’ll soon be released). If you look at the site and you see a key icon below one of the games, that means that if you buy it, developer will give you a Steam key for the game should it release there.

Personally, I’ve got my sights set on Derrick the Deathfin and Girls Like Robots. Both games are running cheap and will likely hit Steam down the line. I already own Race the Sun, but that’s a glorious one as well. Check out our Let’s Play of right here.

What are you buying?
